Job description
We are urgently hiring for our client: Project Manager for a road construction project.
Responsibilities
Contract length: 6 months

We are urgently hiring for our client: Project Manager for a road construction project.
Responsibilities
- Produce drawings in coordination with other design engineers.
- Produce drawings in coordination with the Project Manager and the client.
- Review and comment on consultation forwarded by the client.
- Apply design standards checks, when instructed by the project manager.
- Modify layout drawings when necessary (in accordance to the client’s demands and others)
- Modify when requested the full set of drawings (including but not limited to; General plan layout, setting out schedule and plans, spot level plans, site clearance drawings, plan and profile drawings, signage drawings, standard details drawings, and cross-sections) for both road and cycle tracks projects.
- Design and modify the future road network when necessary (e.g. junctions, flyovers, 5-lane carriageway...etc.)
- Develop road cross-sections and utility corridors arrangement cross-sections for the main road and cycle track projects when requested.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes of meetings when necessary.
- Prepare and participate in preparation, modify reports related to design, when requested
- Prepare land interest, land acquisition, and land reference plans with the required cut in reference to the Bahrain Road Design Manual guidelines (with respect to super-elevation, at grade radiuses, flyover radiuses, posted and designed speeds, visibility, stopping sight distance... etc.)
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- 15 years of experience in Roads design project
- Excellent verbal and written english communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Contract length: 6 months
Experience:
- Road design: 10 years (Required)
