Chemical & Plant Engineer for Lubricant Plant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemical & Plant Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our Lubricant Plant team in Bahrain. As a Chemical & Plant Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-performance lubricants while adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions for process improvement.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and control the quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Collaborate with the quality control team to implement quality assurance procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Production Support: Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operation of the lubricant manufacturing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement corrective actions.
Research and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in lubricant formulations.
Contribute to research and development projects aimed at enhancing product performance and meeting customer demands.
Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS): Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.
Implement safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to create a safe working environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production processes, experiments, and test results.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a chemical engineering role, preferably in the lubricant or petrochemical industry.
- Strong understanding of lubricant manufacturing processes, formulations, and quality control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
