Job Description: Executive Assistant to CEO (Automobile Industry)
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides strategic administrative support to ensure seamless operations of the executive office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and an understanding of the automobile industry’s dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management:
- Organize and manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
2. Communication Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
3. Project Assistance:
- Support the CEO in tracking key projects and deliverables within the automobile sector.
- Conduct industry-related research and provide insights to assist decision-making.
4. Meeting Preparation:
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for executive meetings.
- Ensure materials are ready for client or board presentations.
5. Office Management:
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain records, files, and databases relevant to the CEO’s role.
6. Crisis Management:
- Proactively address challenges, identifying solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of automotive trends and industry terminology.
- Multilingual capabilities
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain dynamics in the automobile sector.
