Position: Teacher / Teacher Assistant
Qualifications: B. Ed. / ECE / DECE / Diploma in Montessori (atleast one of these qualifications is required)
Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in teaching preschool children - required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a caring, safe and fun learning environment for the children
• Manage and implement the day to day creative activities suitable for the age category
• Observe and attend to each child’s individual educational and developmental needs.
• Encourage student’s physical, mental, behavioural, and social development
• Effectively coordinate with the co-teacher to ensure smooth classroom functioning
• Able to involve students actively in daily learning and activities

Important Skills

• Excellent command over the English language (speaking & writing)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Amicable personality and a love for children
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office

Remuneration: To be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
