The Role
We are a leading high-end joinery contracting company in Bahrain specializing in luxury Interiors and bespoke Joinery Projects are looking for a highly skilled Joinery Estimator to join the team and play a crucial role in our continued success. With a reputation for quality craftsmanship and project excellence, we serve a diverse clientele across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Role Overview:
The Joinery Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive estimates for joinery projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining the high standards of quality their clients expect. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in joinery estimation within the GCC/Middle East, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of the regional market, materials, and subcontractor networks.

The Joinery Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive estimates for joinery projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining the high standards of quality their clients expect. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in joinery estimation within the GCC/Middle East, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of the regional market, materials, and subcontractor networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine costs and prepare detail estimates.
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for joinery projects, considering all materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with project teams to ensure accurate cost assessments.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing while ensuring quality standards.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry standards, trends, and material costs within the GCC/Middle East market.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates to the Workshop Manager & Management.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure cost-effective solutions and adjustments where necessary.
- Requirements
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in joinery estimation within the GCC/Middle East.
- In-depth knowledge of joinery materials, pricing, and sourcing in the region.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Auto CAD
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Age – below 45 years
