Part of VINCI Energies Oil & Gas Pole, Comsip Al A’ Ali (400 employees) operates through two brands : Actemium Bahrain and Omexom Bahrain. The Actemium business unit mainly works on EPC projects in electricity & instrumentation scope of work while the Omexom branch focuses on Infrastructures projects.
We are looking for a HR Intern to help support the HR department.
Job description

If you join us, you will be involved in the following tasks:

• Assist in updating HR & Company Rules & Procedures
• Participate in reviewing and updating Employees’ records on HR System (Comunity)
• Assist the HR department in the daily tasks
• Assist HR department in building up the competency metrics
• Assist HR in building performance/competency evaluation system
• Assist HR in building career progression plan

Profile/Education

• A graduate student in HR with business acumen
• Good Knowledge of Ms Office will be an add-on
  
• Good organizational skills and and detail-oriented profile
• Excellent communication skills

Conditions and benefits
