Role Description
This is a contract role for an Executive Office Manager located in Al Khobar. The Executive Office Manager
will be responsible for communication, administrative assistance, managing office equipment, providing
customer service, and handling office administration tasks on-site.

• Proficiency with Office Equipment

• Experience in a similar role

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Relevant certification or degree in Business Administration or related field

• Fimiliar with Bahrain, Saudi and UAE Laws

• have Knowledge to operate government applications such as MUDAD, MUQEEM, LMRA, MOIC,

MOJ, MOA, AOA, Company Formations, Audits, Finance, VAT, and other things.
