This position reports to

Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

• Creation of technical documentation using tools such as SMC editorial system, HTML • Preparation and creation of textual and graphic content for user documentation • Cross-system maintenance of existing content and support of the associated translations • Provision of content for various output media • Research and preparation of technical content in close coordination with the technical departments • Participation in the ongoing development of editorial processes

Qualifications for the role

Very good German and good English skills coupled with linguistic competence for conveying technical content
Analytical, communicative and independent way of working
Team player with a high degree of independence and willingness to learn
Confident use of MS Office
Technical educational background and experience in dealing with editorial systems desirable
