How You’ll Make Your Mark

• Be an integral part of our European Produce Import Hub project
• You'll shape the future supply chain for fruit and vegetables across all ALDI SÜD countries in Europe
• Develop and harmonize processes for an efficient fruit and vegetable supply chain
• Analyze current processes and data to define optimal supply chain strategies
• Establish best-practice operational standards to streamline sourcing and logistics
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes for fresh produce
• Collaborate closely with an international team, suppliers, logistics providers, and country organizations

Candidate Profile

• A completed university degree, ideally in agricultural sciences, food technology, or supply chain management
• Hands-on experience in fruit and vegetable sourcing, ordering, and/or forecasting
• Expertise in handling and processing fresh produce, such as ripening and quality assurance—preferably within the retail sector
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex data
• Several years of relevant professional experience in supply chain operations
• A proactive, can-do attitude, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments
• A structured, reliable, and results-driven approach to work
• Fluency in business English; additional European languages are a plus
