Job Duties and Qualifications

We are looking for the right people — people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead the Landmark solutions relationships associated to Well Construction and DWP (Drilling Work Packages) .
This role is focused on the Europe (ESSA) region, supporting business development and technology transfer initiatives to provide innovative, data-driven solutions that optimize well construction processes.

Under broad direction, is responsible for driving sales by understanding and addressing customer challenges with Landmark solutions (Well Construction and DWP solutions).
Identifies opportunities, Maps solutions to customer needs, conducting product/solution presentations, demos and leading Proof-of-Value projects to demonstrate solution value and grow sales in Well Construction and DWP technology..
Collaborates with sales representatives and other internal & external stakeholders to create technical proposals and drive deal closures.
Develops and maintains key customer relationships, and actively contributes to day-to-day execution of Landmark’s strategy in the assigned geography and domain.
Demonstrates thought leadership through industry events, Tech Days, technical publications, workshops and webinars.
Provides market and customer feedback to aid product/solution innovation, and shares knowledge and experience with the broader Landmark organization.

Experience Level:

5-10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, focusing on Drilling operations.
2-5 years of experience with Landmark solutions, including DWP technology.
