We are currently seeking a Particle and Automation Instructor who will be responsible for training service engineers and customers on both our Particle and Automation product lines.

This position is part of the Global Training Team located in Vienna, Austria and will be on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design curriculums and teach service training courses.
  
• Design application-focused curriculums and teach customer training courses.
  
• Monitor student performance, collect feedback, and improve curriculum all trainings.
  
• Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.
  
• Utilize our Learning Management System tools to administer and track training and certification.
  

The essential requirements for the job include:

• Degree in Biological of Physical Sciences, Engineering or Education.
  
• Fluent in English and German.
  
• Experience in using Beckman Coulter Particle or Automation instrumentation.
  

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Advanced degree.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Experience in using Beckman Coulter Acoustic Automation instrumentation.
  

Travel & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – up to 10%
  
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb
  

The salary range for this role is €75,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
