In your new role you will:

• Work in the project management office team
• Share knowledge and skills along our different sites
• Participate in cross-site meetings
• Define, roll-out and maintain project controlling process for all projects on the managing site
• Consolidate and visualize data and report to PJMs and other stakeholders
• Analyze project data
• Track KPIs
• Participate in financial forecast preparation
• Develop and i mprove internal knowledge sharing (Sharepoint, Confluence) to ensure an easy access to relevant information for all stakeholders

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Economics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

• Comprehensive technical skills in MS Office , especially Excel
• Experience in MS Project, MS Share Point and understanding of project management in R&D as a big plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various interfaces
• Good English and preferably also good German communication and writing skills due to working in multi-cultural teams
