About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity and overall performance of the Administration function, providing strategic advice and support to the General Manager and functional superiors.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of financial statements in compliance with local GAAP, IAS/IFRS, and Group standards.
• Working closely with external auditors to manage year end audit process.
• Supervise and manage all accounting cycles, including OTC-AR, R2R, P2P-AP, and intercompany transactions, while managing outsourced processes effectively.
• Overseeing intercompany balances and intercompany reconciliations.
• Guarantee accurate and timely tax compliance and reporting to local authorities.
• Establish and maintain a consistent credit management process, including receivables tracking, collections oversight, and credit risk mitigation.
• Develop and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure GRC compliance.
• Monitor and optimize financial processes (e.g., SAP Master Data Management, monthly closings, price approvals, and credit control).
• Supervising Treasury Management, in line with Group Treasury standards and guidelines (payments and receipts, cash management, cash planning);
• Supporting and coordinating new projects development having any impact on accounting flows.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelors’ degree in Finance/ Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Finance & Accounting in a multinational environment
• First people management experience
• German mother tongue
• Fluency in English language
• Excellent SAP Knowledge, HFM and Essbase know-how is a plus
• MS Office knowledge
• High level of engagement and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to organize and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Team player
