In this exciting role, you will be a part of:

Support Process Mapping & Development: You will assist in the end-to-end (E2E) mapping and creation of new processes for smart coolers, from procurement to customer placement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with various departments to align on ways of working, including defining and documenting RACI structures.
App & Smart Cooler Testing: You will participate in testing and setting up applications and smart coolers to ensure optimal functionality.
Customer & Consumer Support Training: You will assist in training customer and consumer support agents on the smart cooler rollout.
Smart Cooler Rollout Support: You will provide assistance to Business Unit Consumer Engagement Leads during the smart cooler rollout process.
Performance Monitoring: You will use Power BI to track rollout performance and provide data-driven insights.
Data Analysis & Recommendations: You will analyse sales data and customer feedback, offering actionable recommendations for product and process enhancements.

You can be successful in this role, if you:

Are based in Vienna.
Are a master’s degree student
Have strong influencing and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Are highly resilient and organized with a strong focus on delivering results within deadlines.
Have a customer-centric mindset and are able to advocate for and represent the voice of the customer.
Are self-driven, proactive, and have a hands-on personality.
