Your mission
As an Algorithmic Trader, your mission will be to build-up and enhance our trading desk's capabilities. You will improve our pricing and hedging algorithm to lower our spreads and optimize the risk-adjusted hedging Pn L.
What you'll do

• Developing, parameterisation and improving of our pricing and hedging algorithms
• Gather and analyze trade data to provide in-depth analysis of the microeconomics of pricing and hedging
• Manage a hedging book with Pn L ownership
• Support the OTC desk in executing low and high touch trades
• Proactively shape our trader desk capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance

Who you are

• Profound experience in algorithmic trading (crypto is a plus).
• Strong understanding of trade microeconomics and quantitative strategies.
• Proven ability to build solutions while navigating multiple variables across different dimensions (engineering, trading ops, treasury, regulation, legal, risk)
• Demonstrated ability in effective risk management and adherence to risk limits
• Up-to-date knowledge of trading regulations and compliance standards (MIFID II, MICAR)
