About the Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, we are seeking a Project Superintendent for our Peak Downs Mine.
Monday to Friday roster, offering flexible working arrangements.
Your key responsibilities in this role would be:
- Monitor and manage portfolio performance
-
Provide leadership to teams throughout the project lifecycle
-
Lead and develop a multi-discipline team
-
Be solution focused with the ability to work well under pressure.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be an effective leader and a collaborative communicator with the ability to manage multiple business priorities simultaneously.
You will have:
-
Tertiary qualifications in an Engineering related discipline or Trade.
-
Significant Project Management experience
-
Advanced safety leadership expertise with proven commitment to safety and sustainability. .

Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
