Following our success in EMEA, we’re excited to announce our expansion into APAC, beginning with Australia & New Zealand! As a part of our founding Australian team, you’ll play a key role in making the digital world safer with So Safe’s cybersecurity solutions.

If building, enabling, and selling is your passion, and you perceive yourself as a leader who thrives on sharing knowledge, coaching, and professionally developing a highly driven sales team, this role could be for you. You bring a deep knowledge of the ANZ region and a contagious enthusiasm for establishing a new territory within a fast-growing scale-up. Sound like you? Read on!

Your Mission

• Build, guide, and coach a successful Sales & BDR team in ANZ market
  
• Set KPIs and report to HQ with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
  
• Ensure customers receive the highest level of work quality throughout the entire sales process
  
• Be prepared to work with limited available resources, navigating problems and identifying opportunities to achieve success
  
• Oversee the sales team effectively while fostering strong relationships with local partners
  
• Build brand awareness in ANZ market but also in APAC region
  

Your Profile

• Several years of sales management experience, ideally in a high speed or scaling environment
  
• A solid knowledge of B2B Saa S sales
  
• A trusted coach with excellent people and leadership experiences
  
• Proven aptitude to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
  
• A track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales revenue goals.
  
• Excellent communication and people skills
  
• Striving to achieve business results and key metrics, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  
• Fluency in English
