About the Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heart of Di Francesco Cucina. You’ll oversee all daily operations and create an environment that guests can’t wait to return to, making every dining experience feel like home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Lead and motivate a passionate team of servers and hosts by example while fostering a positive team culture.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, always aiming for improvement.
• Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of staff to help them reach their full potential.
• Monitor financials, focusing on cost control and quality service.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Restaurant management: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)
