Successful higher end restaurant venue in stunning location seeks a natural leader who is passionate about service, food, wine and enjoys their profession.
You will have experience leading busy service shifts but will also be a great organiser, administrator and trainer. You must have experience of POS systems, booking systems and good all round business skills.
Very important is that you enjoy and have experience of selling and coordinating parties and functions.
This person will report to the owners and join a skilled and motivated team.
The role covers management of A La Carte service and plenty of group bookings / functions which is a growing side of the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Restaurant management: 1 year (Preferred)
