Position: Registered Nurse
Location for this position: Merrylands and Parramatta
Responsibilities
Work closely with and report to the Lead Clinician, to deliver the highest standard of clinical care to our participants, ensuring the continued excellence in quality services through diligent and compassionate nursing practices.
We are looking for proactive Registered Nurse (RN) who will provide support, guidance, and mentorship to fellow staff members, mostly Lifestyle Support Partners (LSPs / Support Workers).
In your role as an RN, you will be required to maintain accurate and detailed records of participant care and progress. You will be expected to collaborate with the team and allied health to develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of our participants. In part, you will be able to achieve this by participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in the disability field.

Requirements:
· Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
· Proven experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably within the community or disability care sector.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
· Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving the lives of participants.
