About the role:
We are looking for a talented Quarry / Front End Loader Operator to join our Bunbury operations. This role is key to efficient site operations and ensuring we're providing high quality products to clients in a timely fashion. In this role you we will have varied and complex day to day responsibilities where getting the best outcomes is driven by your strong attention to detail and quality focus.

About you:
To succeed in this key role it is preferable to demonstrate experience in the following areas:

• Strong capability in front end loader operations
• Loading trucks to axle weights
• Quality control focus with a good eye for product consistency
• Stockpile preparation
• Pit floor preparation and bunding management
• Sales loader experience - experience with the load rite system on loader for correct weight on road trucks preferable.
• Familiarity with quarry products and QA manufacturing / stockpiling process preferable, will provide training
• Equipment maintenance experience preferable.
