About your role
As a Team Lead for Outbound Consultants at Cbus, you'll be responsible for the leadership of a team of outbound consultant proactively contacting Cbus members, identifying, and explaining the value of advice and referring members with personal advice needs to the appropriate financial advice service. This role is one of active participation, leadership, supporting others and optimising the delivery of outcomes through coaching and mentoring of the team.
The Team Lead for Outbound Consultant will manage team activity to ensure team and individual targets are met. You will be driving a culture of service excellence that focuses on the Cbus member experience and the provision of quality advice to members.

About your role
As a Team Lead for Outbound Consultants at Cbus, you'll be responsible for the leadership of a team of outbound consultant proactively contacting Cbus members, identifying, and explaining the value of advice and referring members with personal advice needs to the appropriate financial advice service. What we are looking for
- This role would suit a customer service professional who has experience leading a team of outbound consultants within a financial planning/ superannuation environment.
- Experience in the delivery of Financial Planning (General or Personal) would be an advantage, however a RG146 qualification is essential.
- You'll have reasonable knowledge across a broad range of financial planning subject matters, and you have some understanding of the regulatory requirements associated with the provision of financial advice.
- You'll have an enthusiasm for the financial advice space with either study and/or work experience attesting to this.
- You will have strong experience setting goals and coaching teams to deliver against team and personal targets.
