We’re seeking a motivated Manager to assist with leading our Coffs Harbour Business Advisory team. You’ll assist the Partners with managing a portfolio of A-grade clients while guiding and inspiring a talented team. Who You Are

You’re more than an accountant—you’re a leader. You thrive in a collaborative environment, build trust effortlessly, and have a proven track record in Public Practice. Your ability to manage workflows, mentor a team, and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions sets you apart.

You’ll also bring:
2+ years of managerial experience in Public Practice.
CA/CPA qualifications.
Expertise with tools like Xero, MYOB, and Reckon.
Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
