We are looking for an experienced Guest Relations Coordinator with a strong background in hospitality to coordinate the day to day operations of our meeting, training and conference rooms while managing a busy front desk.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide front desk concierge duties to all guests and members of United Co. including:

• Onboarding and door access coordination
• Mail management
• Guest management
• Telephone answering
• To provide exceptional customer service

To coordinate the daily meeting room bookings, welcoming guests and looking after their needs throughout the booking:

• To operate the booking calendar and ensure a thorough understanding of day to day bookings;
• To attend to room preparation as per configuration and setup requests;
• Troubleshoot AV and teleconferencing connection issues;
• To know, understand and implement all terms and conditions of use;
• Attend to the immediate clean and refresh during and after the booking;
• To maximise upselling opportunities such as room upgrades, booking extensions, rebook or catering requests and manage the applicable payment of services inline with policies;
• To deliver catering and attend to timely clearing of catering orders.

MUST HAVES

• Be vibrant and energetic with a positive 'can do' attitude;
• A strong event and hospitality background;
• Be a warm and welcoming person with exceptional customer service skills;
• The ability to multi-task and remain calm in busy, high pressure situations;
• Strong AV and tech troubleshooting capabilities;
• Detailed cleaning abilities;
• Current RSA

Full time hours: Monday to Friday.
Annual Salary: $60,000 plus superannuation
