Description:
The Finance Analyst reports to the Senior Management Accountant and is responsible for:

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Management Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to the Executive Leadership Team, providing insights and recommendations
• Cost-Saving Initiatives: Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements across the organisation
• Key Projects: Leading and supporting key financial projects that drive business growth and profitability

Some of the key activities in this role include:

• Creating detailed business analyses and outlining key opportunities
• Defining business requirements and reporting up to the Executive Leadership Team
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Planning and monitoring
• Financial modelling
• Variance analysis
• Pricing
• Reporting

Skills and Experiences:
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial analysis that supports business finance planning and reporting
• Superior financial, analytical, forecasting, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data, assess its value, and present findings clearly and concisely, appropriate to the audience, enabling decision making
• Strong computer literacy skills across the Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Net Suite or Microsoft Navision experience is advantageous
