About the Role
Under the direction and leadership of the Executive Principal in your role as Operations Team Leader you will:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Schools Officers and Cleaners in regards to delivery of a high standard of facilities and asset management in a large and complex split campus College environment
  • Develop and lead the delivery of the College's infrastructure management plan and other complex infrastructure projects and planning, and provide recommendations about priorities in alignment with strategic plans and improvement agendas
  • Manage significant minor and major capital works projects, negotiate with external contractors to ensure accountability for school maintenance, develop and implement initiatives for facilities management, asset maintenance and replacement plans
  • Manage the College facilities budgets including procurement activities such as tendering, quoting, and administration
  • Lead and implement operational aspects of the workplace, health and safety agenda, and engage in extensive risk planning and contingency management for the College.
