About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in our Derrimut branch in this exciting role.

What You’ll Do:

Sales and Marketing: Sell machine maintenance and repair services, repair parts, extended warranties, and other approved products. Market parts and service sales, such as machine inspections and special parts promotions.
Technical Expertise: Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of products and services, providing technical assistance and advice. Test and operate machinery at customer sites for fault finding.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage the assigned territory, ensuring all customer needs are met. Maintain strong relationships with Parts and Service teams and take ownership of all customers in the vicinity.
Documentation and Reporting: Use company systems/tools to document, track, and record all sales activities accurately. Complete weekly activity documents and demonstrate activity.
Customer Support: Address customer concerns and provide timely remedies. Perform follow-up calls at customer locations on major parts and service sales.
Market Awareness: Be aware of competitor activity, competitive products, and industry trends. Maintain current and complete sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory.

What We’re Looking For:
Certified Expertise: Hold a relevant Trade Certificate in Heavy Diesel Fitting, Mobile Plant Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in a related role, with a background in sales, service, training, or similar activities.
Tech-Savvy: Possess strong computer skills to navigate our digital tools and systems efficiently.
People Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Customer Focus: Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and a deep understanding of what drives our customers' businesses.
Problem Solver: Show a strong aptitude for identifying and resolving issues effectively.
