About the role:
As the Cook, you will be working full time, 5 days a week (38 hrs) plus overtime (as required) and you will be responsible for the following:
- Examining quality and quantity of ingredients before preparation and seasoning
- Preparing and portioning appetisers, entrees, broths, soups, mains and other dishes
- Working with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Receiving supplies and storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
- Engaging in staff training and assisting other kitchen staff
- Assisting in the testing of new recipes and food for menu planning purposes
Remuneration:
We are offering a salary of: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
