• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fitness, gymnastics, or education sectors.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for fitness, gymnastics, or creating enriching environments for kids.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organised.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

About your responsibilities...

• Identify and secure new B2B clients, including schools, gymnastics clubs, fitness centers, and childcare facilities, while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging industry insights to identify new opportunities.
• Understand and communicate the benefits of our products, including their aesthetics, functionality, and customisability, to clients.
• Constantly providing insights on trends and areas for improvement.
• Act as a point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Gym Plus is exceptional.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
