We are currently recruiting for Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Installers to contribute directly to Melbourne transition to cleaner energy sources. As we are going through rapid growth within our business, we’re recruiting looking to expand our team of installers with experience in the Heating & Cooling Industry.

Your day to day involves installations onsite of Heating & Cooling systems. We assist homes in transitioning from gas ducted heating to electric heating and cooling. We install ducted electric heating and cooling systems as well as multi head and VRF systems.

• Metro Heating & Cooling (yes we are a manufacturer as well)

• Panasonic

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Have experience in carrying out installations of split systems, VRF, multihead and ducted systems.
• Current ARC License - advantage
• VBA License advantage
• Problem-solving
• Ability to work within a team
• Cert III or equivalent qualification in air conditioning & refrigeration
• Minimum 12 months work experience
• Consent to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing as required
