Labor Relations Manager

The candidate will be part of a regional team, working together with the HR Leads in Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina. The position will report to the Regional HR Head.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Leading employee and labor relations for all the business units. Representing management in labor/union relations, including negotiating, interpreting and administering collective bargaining agreements.
- Support compliance with labor regulations with a focus on collective law.
- Negotiating collective bargaining agreements; contract administration and interpretation, Relationship and treatment with delegates and different trade union figures
- Support HR management and business leaders in the analysis, prevention or resolution of individual and collective labor conflicts.
- Attention to inspections by the union and MTSS.
- Advising management on strategies that ensure a productive and harmonious workspace.
- Candidates with a Bachelor´s Degree in Law, or Labor Relations, or equivalent experience, are encouraged to apply.
- Advanced English
- You have at least 5 years in labor relations or in similar positions
- You have known to work in encouraging and motivating change in business.
