Engagement Manager Mechanical Projects
JWe are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our team in Argentina! In this role, you will be overseeing our Automotive/Mechanical Engineering projects.
As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:
Covering strategic decisions and actions across the areas of Delivery, Sales, Finance and People.
Delivering against contract, project planning and execution
Commercial management
Managing client expectations
Manage and control Financials
Coaching, performance reviews and project planning with the team

You will have background and experience in the Mechanical Engineering field
Experience in Project Management or a related area
You will have experience working with Agile methodologies
You will have solid planning, collaboration and time management skills
