We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the banking industry. Located in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, this role involves meticulous data handling and file management in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering data and maintaining customer records
• Processing mail efficiently
• Organizing file management systems for easy access and retrieval
• Ensuring a high level of confidentiality in handling customer information
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for data organization and calculations
• Scanning and typing documents as part of the data management process
• Demonstrating organizational awareness in managing customer accounts and taking appropriate action
• Multi-tasking under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Data Entry is required
• Must be able to effectively utilize Microsoft Excel
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word
• Experience with Organizing Files is necessary
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately and efficiently
• Must be capable of Scanning documents and files
• Fast and accurate Typing skills are required
• Should possess Organizational Awareness in a banking environment
