You will act as a pivotal Senior Talent Partner, focusing exclusively on recruiting for Operational, Warehouse positions, with a global Logistic company.

Provide insights into market challenges and opportunities in the logistics sector in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for operational and warehouse roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify top talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and share insights on market trends.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively in Turkish and English to engage with a diverse talent pool.
Operational Expertise:
Leverage knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations to assess candidates’ fit for specific roles.
Provide insights into market challenges and opportunities in the logistics sector in Turkey.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations. Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to Improve processes and outcomes.
- Fluency in Turkish (essential) and proficiency in English.
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the logistics or warehouse sectors.
- Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills, with the ability to manage high-volume recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Turkey’s labor market, particularly within operational and logistics roles.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
