Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Implementation and Management:
  

• Lead the implementation and customization of Epicor or similar ERP systems to meet business requirements.
  

• Manage and oversee ERP projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design ERP solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  

• System Analysis and Optimization:
  

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP solutions.
  

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize ERP system performance and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  

• Training and Support:
  

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
  

• Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation for ERP processes and procedures.
  

• Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve ERP-related issues.
  

• Continuous Improvement:
  

• Stay updated with the latest ERP technology trends and advancements.
  

• Make recommendations for future upgrades or changes to the ERP system based on business needs and technology trends.
  

• Collaborate with software developers and IT professionals to implement system enhancements and updates.

Requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
  
• Proven experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems.
  
• Experience with ERP system integration and data migration.
  
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
