What you’ll do

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Process Manager/Lead with over 7 years of experience specifically in process management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a proven track record of designing, improving, measuring, and documenting process efficiencies across various life cycles. The role demands exceptional presentation skills and fluency in English.

• 
  Design and implement efficient processes across different departments, ensuring all modifications are well-documented.
• Develop and monitor critical KPIs to measure process performance and implement necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities in process management.
• Collaborate with senior management to align processes with overall business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in process management.

Who you are

• Expertise in creating and optimizing process workflows, with the ability to document each step effectively.
• Proficiency in identifying, measuring, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university, engineering and administration is preferred
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience specifically in process management.
• Demonstrated experience in process lifecycle management, including creation, measurement, improvement, and documentation.
• Exceptional presentation skills and proficiency in English.
