Are you fluent in both English and Turkish? Do you have experience in customer service and sales? We are currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer support & Virtual Assistant to join our team and support a leading medical equipment company.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Turkey Time), with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer service inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Conduct outbound customer satisfaction surveys over the phone
Assist with pre-sale and upselling activities on Whats App
Create new customer accounts and update information as needed
Support Team Leaders with assigned tasks and projects

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Turkish (spoken and written)
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or virtual assistant
With sales experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Home office setup with reliable internet connection
