Role Overview:
Lead and transform Decathlon Thailand’s logistics operations in alignment with our global strategy. With responsibility for one Distribution Center, e Commerce activities, and a team of 60 teammates, you’ll ensure operational excellence, sustainable growth, and innovation in logistics processes. All of these activities will be reported to the regional zone leader.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution: Implement the Thailand Logistics Master Plan and adapt operations for new business models (e.g., rental, second life).
• Operational Excellence: Oversee local transport flows (first mile, last mile, recyclability), warehouse modernization, and digital upgrades.
• Sustainability: Champion energy savings, transport decarbonization, and reusability initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Develop and retain top talent, foster a customer-centric culture, and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaboration: Align with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Retail) and regional logistics leaders.

Profiles:

• Experience: 10+ years in logistics within global, industrial environments.
• Skills: Expertise in logistics transformation, cost management, and digitalization. Proven ability to lead large, multicultural teams.
