Cross Component Solution Production Leader

Your role:
You will oversee packaging, accessories, and RFID activities within the cross-component solutions process, ensuring suppliers meet Decathlon's standards. This includes managing and improving product quality & supply performance to support Thailand's finished goods production needs. Based in our Thailand office (Decathlon Bangna), you will also conduct regular on-site visits to supplier factories.


Your main mission:
You will be responsible for packaging, accessories, and RFID activities to support Thailand's finished goods production needs. By identifying risks and finding solutions, you implement and drive continuous improvement to make your suppliers autonomous and continuously improve their performance in quality, sustainable development, supply and processes.


Your job description:

• Plan assessments to achieve Decathlon's requirements.
• Manage the quality of products and process efficiency in the field, collaborating with your suppliers daily to ensure their quality and efficiency performance.
• Ensure supplier supply performance meets established expectations
• Monitor the implementation of the supply platform to ensure supply chain visibility as part of the traceability project.
• Deploy continuous improvement actions with suppliers to improve quality, supply and assessment.
• Ensure compliance with technical validation for packaging and accessories development.
• Ensure that the supplier's process is stable and capable to answer Thailand's finished goods production needs.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• Experience in the paper packaging industry or rubber process is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written communication skills).
• Strong fundamentals in quality and supply management.
• Passion for the packaging and rubber industry, with the ability to manage activities with suppliers in the field.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving methods.
• A team player who is open-minded, curious, and has an entrepreneurial mindset with a go-get-it and can-do attitude.
• Active, lively, and regularly practicing sports.
