We are looking for a motivated, energetic and bubbly personality to join our Professional Team.
We focus on customer service excellence and we are located in busy private Hospitals in Cape Town.
We provide a variety of hair, spa & beauty treatments for both men and women.
Junior Hairsylist skills required:
Must be fully qualified min Level 1 hair-styling, and have completed hairdressing training at a professional, reputable institution. Ladies with nail manicure and pedicure skills will have a distinct advantage.
Have experience eprforming all services on clients for a minimum of 1 year in a busy salon environment. Non-negotiable.
Must be a superb hair-stylist, that can give beard shaves, Man grooming, ladies hair trims.
If you have experience in swedish massages, waxing, manicure and pedicure polish and gel you will be given first priority for a personal interview.
The successful job candidates job description includes the following:
Management of online salon booking diary, calculation of and facilitate customer payments on Yoco POS card system.
Meet and greet customer in a professional manner.
Consult with customer before starting any hair service on the customer’s hair.
Cape-up and preparation to shampoo client’s hair. Scalp massage at the basin. Performing all hair basin services in a professional and skilled manner.
Styling (Wash, Men, ladies and kids, blow dries, flat iron and blowout packages).
Hair treatments and application of hair treatment keratin masks.
Junior Hair-sylist soft-skills required:
Must be a energetic team player and give assistance where-ever necessary.
Willing and able to mentor students/learners/apprentices.
Bring models in on quieter days to practice services you would like to improve on.
Bring confidence and consistently work at a high standard of service level.
Responsible for booking your own clients.
Great Attitude friendly, caring and to want to learn and grow more.

Hair Stylist is to offer a high level of hair styling services that exceeds customer expectations, each time.
Go the extra mile for each customer that you have the privilege of providing your hair styling service to.
Salary / Commission: Earning potential 7-30k.
Successful Candidate must attend an obligatory 2-4 day on-site training
