We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Relief Manager to oversee the front of house operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to lead in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
As the Relief Manager for Front of House, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the management team and lead the front-of-house staff to success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
- Supervising and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Assisting in staff training and development to uphold the highest standards of service.
- Monitoring cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the front of house.

- Proven experience in a front-of-house managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and guests effectively.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality sector.
- Flexibility and adaptability to step in and lead when needed.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 weeks
