Receptionist - Boutique Property - Langebaan, South Africa
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our boutique property in Langebaan. The ideal candidate will have experience with Opera PMS and reside within close proximity to the hotel. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Description

Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and positive experience.
Manage check-in and check-out processes using Opera PMS.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and manage room allocations.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide local information and recommendations to guests.

Profile

Previous experience as a receptionist in a hospitality setting.
Proficiency in Opera PMS.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Reside within close proximity to Langebaan.
