MINIMUM CRITERIA
· Grade 12
· Previous experience advantageous
REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES
· Daily reception duties (i.e., switchboard, taking messages, filing, setting up meetings or tours, etc.).
· Receiving residents, prospective purchasers, suppliers and visitors.
· Providing admin services to residents/staff (i.e., copies, e-mails, etc.).
· Keeping all lists updated (i.e., telephone, speed dial, emergency no.’s, landscaping allocation, pets, access registers, attendance registers, etc.).
· Cash-ups / Banking.
· Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook & Internet Explorer.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
· Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
· Coordinate General workers.
· Assist Village Manager with timesheets for staff.
· Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.
· Assist Security and Contractors.
· Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
· Take and relay messages.
· Update appointment calendars for Agents, and arrange keys and viewings for agents.
· Assist the restaurant in serving food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.
