Marketing Manager | Bespoke Travel Company | Remote

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to drive innovative strategies, manage impactful campaigns, and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.
This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in South Africa while contributing to unforgettable adventures in some of Africa’s most iconic destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Strategies: Craft and implement innovative B2B marketing plans to attract clients and meet organisational goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.
- Content Creation: Lead the development of compelling content across platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and website consultants to ensure brand consistency and style standards are met.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing activities to provide actionable insights and refine strategies.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Execute campaigns across SEM, display, social media, email, and affiliate channels, leveraging data to optimise performance.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through innovative social media and marketing initiatives.
- Event Planning: Organise and promote off-site consumer events and presentations to enhance brand visibility.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive research and stay updated on industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Experience:
- 3+ years in luxury travel marketing (Africa destination knowledge preferred).
- Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, including CRM platforms, Hub Spot, WIX, and Google Analytics.

Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar).
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofing capabilities.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide a creative team towards achieving marketing objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
