Our client is an established Singapore Technology Business involved in IT Security related products and distribution as well as technical services across various products in Infrastructure, Network and Security.


As they are expanding their business, they are looking for an Assistant Manager to handle Talent Acquisition and Recruitment activities for the company. The post will also be leading a Recruitment team.


Position Responsibilities:

• The position will specialize in Recruitment Activities, Talent Acquisition and headcount strategies for the Company.
• Will be part of the HR Department and handle a recruitment team from supervisory, support, guidance and coaching.
• Support Management team in administrative and some operational function.
May be working with other HR facets on a support and consulting level.

Position Requirements:

• Must be a Degree holder in Human Resources or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of working experience specializing in recruitment, talent acquisition, talent management with supervisory experience handling a small team.
• Experience in Technology hiring such as (but not limited to) Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Network, Systems, Solutioning and Software Development.
Good background in Singapore Labour Laws and Legislations.

We will look into all candidate but will prioritize those closest to the requirement.
