The Recruitment Executive will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. The Recruitment Executive will also work closely with the HR Manager on recruitment activities. This position requires a proactive and strategic individual who is adept at managing end-to-end recruitment processes, working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.

Job Description


Talent Acquisition :

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, career fairs, referrals, and professional networks, to identify potential hires.

Screening and Selection :

• Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews/screening to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Perform relevant background checks on potential hires

Stakeholder Collaboration :

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and market trends.

Candidate Engagement :

• Maintain regular communication with potential and active candidates to nurture relationships.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Process Management and Reporting :

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Onboarding Process:

• Collection of relevant documents from new hires and drafting of employment letter
• Creating of profile for new hires in HRIS
• Arranging of medical appointment for non-local candidates
• Provide access to new hires for company's app
• Issue uniform to new hires
• New-hires onboarding orientation

And any other ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements


Education : Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience : At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Skills :

• Performance driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using WPS and recruitment portals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
• Knowledge on TAFEP guidelines on recruitment.
