The Finance Director will be responsible for the financial strategy and operations to ensure financial health and regulatory compliance as well as providing oversight to the procurement team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the executive team to craft and drive plans to meet the objectives.
- Oversee all finance functions, including FP&A, accounting, audit, tax compliance, regulatory reporting, treasury and risk.
- Liaise with government bodies and agencies on matters relating to budgets, fundings or grants.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- More than 10 years of finance experience in leadership roles, preferably with relevant experience in non-profit organisations. With understanding in procurements' best practices and frameworks.
