Finance Controller (Trading) / Environmental Service / West

Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow, including optimization, forecasting, expense management, debt management, collection, budgeting, consolidation, and P&L forecast.
- Responsible for funds in banks for unexpected expenses, procurement activities and operations.
- Develop risk management/control strategy for the Group and handle monthly group consolidation and results analysis.
- Responsible for implementation of financial strategies, including risk minimization and cost enhancement.
- Oversee and manage financial reports, audits, and tax matters and prepare financial metrics based on P&L.
- Provide ROI analysis for overseas investments and advice on investment decisions.
- Oversee finance team, such as performance management and team bonding.
- Provide leadership and guidance, fostering a culture of improvement and accountability.
- Lead financial projects to optimize production and cash flow.
- Develop and maintain ERP and MIS projects.
- Improve internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analys and recommend maximizing returns on excess funds.
- Responsible for financial performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Maintain good relationships with bankers and liquidity providers.
- Perform ad-hoc duties related to the Company’s business activities.
- Min Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or CPA
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong experience in FP&A, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
