Our client is a reputable Business Managed Services provider in Singapore with a proven track record of providing excellent service to their esteemed clients across public, private, and people sectors. Offering a wide range of services, from finance and payroll to HR and customer care, they specialise in helping businesses transform and streamline their operations. They are seeking an Accounts cum Finance Officer to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Location: Alexandra (Office shifting to Bukit Gombak in Jan 2025)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:

Execute financial and accounting operations by ensuring that transactions are processed in accordance to Service Agreements with the customers.
Ensure accurate accounting and updating for all transactions.
Process AP, AR transactions in the accounting system promptly and accurately.
Monitor outstanding AR and manage debt recovery process.
Prepare bank reconciliation statement, financial and management reports.
Verify expenditure bills, financial records and reports for compliance to current procedures, guidelines and accounting practice.
Conduct briefing / training to finance appointment holders on policies, procedures and systems.
Handle customer's queries on the financial transactions & postings

Requirements:

Min. NITEC in Accountancy / Accounting / Banking & Finance or related fields
Min. 1 year experience as an Accounts or Finance Officer
Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
