- Responsible on accounts payables.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation. Shipment documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- 2 to 3 years’ work experience as an Accounts Assistant
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accordingly
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Organization skills & Administrative Skills
